There are all kinds of drills and There are all kinds of speed and agility drills that can help you improve your athletic performance. Whether you’re a runner, a basketball player, or a football player, there are drills that can help you increase your speed, quickness, and agility on the field or court. Some examples of these drills include ladder drills, cone drills, and plyometric exercises. By incorporating these drills into your training routine, you can develop the speed and agility you need to outmaneuver your opponents and reach your full potential as an athlete.

Some examples of the speed and agility ladder drills we do are:

  1. Bunny hops forward and backward
  2. In and out 2 feet
  3. In and out 1 foot
  4. 180 degree turn
  5. 2 in 2 out forward and backward
  6. Hopscotch forward and Backward
  7. Short sprint bursts in between cones (timed)
  8. Backboard touches with a basketball

For strength we use a multi function squat rack or power rack, to do most all training. We train upper body and lower body with this, but do not go very heavy as we are just trying to build slowly on the strength. There are many Total body workouts to choose from you just have to choose the one right for you.
